I am a trained counsellor, having graduated from Middlesex University with a Level 5 Diploma of Higher Education. I now live in the West Country with my husband and four children, and counsel a wide variety of clients on a regular basis. I also have a background in education, teaching from Reception to Year 11.

I am patient, supportive, and non-judgemental in my work, taking a genuine and compassionate interest in my clients. I understand that life, at times, can prove challenging; I aim to provide a warm and caring environment in which you feel safe to explore issues.

As a practicing Christian, I am able to offer services from a faith-based perspective if desired; however, I welcome people of all faiths, or none at all.

My office is located in the beautiful estuary town of Topsham, near Exeter. Host to a number of cafés, green areas and scenic riverside walks, the town is ideally suited to help you unwind and restore yourself after a session together. Upon request, I can also offer outdoor walking therapy.
